Description
A flavorful dashi soy sauce that is a blend of carefully selected mackerel, dried bonito, and kelp soy sauce.
May use it as it is for seasoning soy sauce and stir-fry, and dilute it for simmered dishes.
Before opening, avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and use as soon as possible.
