Eaten either hot or cold, but especially delicious when served cold with a chilled light soy sauce, wasabi, and topping of nori seaweed or spring onion.
One pack of Cha Soba is good for 4 to 5 persons.
Insert a bundle of Cha Soba into boiling water and let it boil for 3 minutes ideally. Or longer if you like your noodles softer.
Go with konbu tsuyu sauce.
