You can enjoy it as it is after thawing, but it has a light taste because it is only steamed with sake. One is to remove half of the shell and put miso and other ingredients on it, and I think you will be pleased if you use both shellfish as they are for the production. Also, I think it would be interesting to use it for pottery together with shellfish.
