Description
Sashimi Shoyu is a specific variety for Sashimi sliced fish and Sushi.
Mainly for red fish, please use it as it is for sashimi and sushi, or as a sauce for pickled rice bowls. The rich umami and thickness go well with teriyaki such as fish and chicken.
Before opening, avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and use as soon as possible.
